My stay at the Sheraton Grand Bangalore was very nice from start to finish. The really good service from the staff, especially at the front desk and the restaurants, made me feel valued and well taken care of. The only downside was the cool temperature of the outdoor pool, which could be improved, but overall, it was an lovely experience and I can't wait to return.
